rojak.orchestrator.lite_controller.compute_thresholds(context, /, diagnostics_from)[source]#

Compute and export percentile-based severity thresholds for every diagnostic configured in context

Implements rojak lite turbulence turbulence-thresholds (rojak.cli.lite_interface.turbulence_thresholds()). Writes a JSON file (see export_json()) under context.output_dir / context.name, loadable via load_thresholds_from_file().

Parameters:

  • context (DiagnosticThresholdsContext) – Configuration listing the diagnostics to compute, the percentile thresholds to use, and where to write the result

  • diagnostics_from (DiagnosticsFormat) – Where to obtain each diagnostic’s value from
