Atmospheric unit conversions and general xarray/interpolation utilities

This module provides:

• Pressure/altitude conversions following the ICAO standard atmosphere manual [NACA3182]

• Interpolation helpers

• apply_data_var_reduction(), for aggregating over the data variables of an xarray.Dataset.

altitude_to_pressure_stratosphere(altitude)	Convert altitude to pressure for the stratosphere

apply_data_var_reduction(...)	Aggregates over data variables of a data set.
bilinear_interpolation(longitude, latitude, ...)	Bilinear interpolation using 4 points
interpolation_on_lat_lon(data, interp_points)	Interpolate a latitude/longitude gridded DataArray onto a set of (longitude, latitude) points
pressure_to_altitude_icao(pressure[, in_place])	Convert pressure to altitude for ICAO standard atmosphere up to 80 km [NACA3182]
