ECMWF ERA5 reanalysis data retrieval and adaptation into CATData

This module implements the rojak.core.data interfaces for the ERA5 reanalysis product: downloading data from the Copernicus Climate Data Store (Era5Retriever), and adapting a loaded ERA5 dataset into the CATData required by rojak.turbulence (Era5Data).
