class rojak.atmosphere.feature_composite.extension.PairingStrategy

How the observations of a time chunk are matched with the centres of a feature in that chunk.

Implement it as a frozen dataclass holding parameters only: it is sent to every chunk task. Override check_compatible() to reject features that the strategy cannot handle.
