Finds parent regions of intersection between two arrays
- Parameters:
labeled_array (DataArray) – Labeled array
intersection_mask (DataArray) – Boolean mask of where the arrays intersect at
num_dims (int) – Number of spatial dimensions the labeling was done on
core_dims (list[str] | None) – Name of core dimensions to iterate over
numba_vectorize (bool) – Boolean to control if numba vectorisation is used
- Returns:
Boolean mask with the parent regions of the intersecting point
