Convert altitude to pressure for the stratosphere

Please use altitude_to_pressure_icao() for altitudes in both the troposphere and stratosphere.

Obtained by rearranging equation 41 from ICAO manual [NACA3182], such that it is the inverse of pressure_to_altitude_stratosphere()

\[P = P_0 \times 10^{n \log_{10} \left( \frac{T^*}{T_0} \right) - \text{B} \left( H - H^* \right)}\]

where \(^*\) indicates values at the tropopause, \(H\) is the geopotential height and is treated as equivalent to altitude for engineering purposes (see [NACA3182] for details).

Pressure in hPa
